Step 1: Visit the Website
- Navigate to the Pride Adventure Travel website and find the specific trip you are interested in. Click on the event page to access detailed information and registration options.
Step 2: Click the Registration Link
- For regular trips, click on the registration link provided on the event page.
- For CGA-specific trips, click on JoinCGA.com to become a member and access exclusive trip registrations.
Step 3: Register or Pre-Register
- Pre-Registration: If the trip date is more than 12 months away, you will be able to pre-register. This creates a waitlist, and we will contact each person in the order they are added to the pre-registration list as we get within 12 months of the trip.
- Registration: If the trip date is within 12 months, you will be able to pay a deposit to secure your spot on the trip.
Step 4: Payment Options
- Pay in Full: You can choose to pay the entire cost of the trip upfront.
- Payment Plan: We offer a no-interest, no-fee payment plan to help spread out the cost over several months.
- You can make up to 6 monthly payments.
- Payments start approximately 9 months before the trip and end at least 90 days before the trip start date.
- If you enroll within 9 months of the trip start date, the balance plus currently due payments will be required upfront. The remainder of the payment plan period will still apply.
Example Scenarios
Scenario 1:
- You want to join a trip that starts in 15 months.
- You will pre-register, which adds you to the waitlist. Pride Adventure Travel will contact you in the order you registered when the trip is within 12 months.
Scenario 2:
- You want to join a trip that starts in 10 months.
- You will register by paying a deposit to secure your spot. You can then choose to pay in full or opt for the payment plan.
Scenario 3:
- You want to join a trip that starts in 7 months.
- You will register by paying a deposit and the balance plus currently due payments upfront. The remainder of the cost can be paid through the payment plan.
Note for CGA Exclusive Trips
Pride Adventure Travel creates 2-3 trips exclusively available to the California Gay Adventures (CGA) social organization. Initial registrations are available exclusively to CGA members. If a trip gets within 6 months of departure and is not full, other Pride Adventure Travel clients can join the trip with approval by CGA. The easiest way to join these trips is to become a member of CGA by visiting JoinCGA.com. Non-members can join the waitlist within 6 months of departure if the trip is booked up/sold out.
