How Do Meals Work?
Meals are a highlight of our trips! Unlike cruises, where you’re stuck with the same food every night, our land-based adventures let you savor local cuisine.
- Included Meals: Welcome and farewell dinners are included, as are most breakfasts at our accommodations. Breakfasts may be continental, so if you’re after something more substantial, plan to explore nearby options—our guides can help!
- Lunches and Dinners: Lunches are typically not included but are planned into the itinerary. Some dinners are included, especially on certain tours, but most will be on your own. This gives you the chance to enjoy local restaurants and flavors.

How Physically Intense Are the Trips?
Not all adventures are created equal! That’s why we rate each trip on a scale of 1–5:
- 1 (Light): Minimal activity (e.g., cultural tours).
- 5 (Challenging): Intense adventures like hiking to Everest Base Camp.

Is This a Party Group?
Not typically, but it depends on the group dynamic. While some travelers enjoy a glass of wine at dinner or a night out, our trips aren’t focused on partying. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited, and respectful behavior is expected at all times. We’re also planning sober/dry trips for those who prefer a completely alcohol-free environment.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Our cancellation policy balances fairness with the need to cover costs like credit card fees and vendor payments:
- Within 90 days: No refunds, as payments are finalized.
- 90–180 days: Refund minus a $350 fee.
- Over 180 days: Refund minus a $150 fee.
