How to Register for a Trip

Flexible Payment Plans with Pride Adventure Travel
We know that planning a trip is a big investment, which is why many Pride Adventures trips offer flexible payment plans. In most cases, travelers can reserve their spot with a deposit and pay the remaining balance over time. Payment timing and terms vary by trip, so each trip page will outline the specific payment schedule and options available.
Travel Insurance: Know Before You Go!
For international trips, travel insurance is required. All travelers must have travel medical coverage that includes at least USD $200,000 in repatriation and emergency rescue or evacuation coverage. For domestic trips, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Some credit cards include travel protections, but coverage and limits vary, and in many cases, they do not meet the minimum requirements for international travel. We also recommend choosing a policy that includes cancellation, trip interruption, baggage loss, and personal liability coverage.

When you refer someone who books their first trip, they will receive a travel credit after making their deposit, and you will receive a credit toward a future trip once their booking is paid in full.
