When you book your adventure, a $500 deposit secures your spot. From there, you can choose a payment plan that fits your needs. Let’s say you’re eyeing the Galapagos Adventure. Here’s how the payment plan could look:
- Deposit: $500 at booking
- Payment Plan Start: Approx. 9 months before the trip
- Monthly Payments: Equal installments over 6 months
- Final Payment: Balance due 90 days before departure, including any optional excursions
Example Breakdown
Imagine booking the Galapagos trip, which costs $4999, with options around $400. After your $500 deposit, you’ll have a balance of $4899. If you start your payment plan 9 months out, you’ll make 6 monthly payments of $816.50. The final payment, including options, would be due 90 days before the trip.
Customizable Plans
Prefer fewer payments? No problem! We can customize your plan. Just remember, deferred payments of fewer than two installments must be completed within 90 days of departure.
Pay in Full Option
For those who like to get things done upfront, you can choose to pay the entire amount at booking.
